Can Spectr replace our existing requirements tool?
It holds versioned BRDs and PRDs and generates specs from them. Whether that replaces what you have depends on how much of your current tool is documentation versus roadmapping - Spectr is not a roadmapping tool.
How do you stop project memory going stale?
It is updated after each meeting and each requirement change, and the prompts treat it as background that might be out of date - the call and the freshly-read docs win on a conflict. If it gets messy, one click rebuilds it from scratch.
