Scope drift, flagged and decided

A forecast based on what is really done
Spectr reads published stories' status back from Jira, Linear and Shortcut. A story counts as done only when every tracker it went to says so, and a cancelled ticket is tracked as cancelled. So the projection reflects delivery instead of optimism.

Who can see the money figures?
Admins only. Any workspace member sees the health percentage and hours budgeted, spent and left - which is what makes it safe to put on a shared page.
Do I have to chase people for action-item updates?
Items get completed, reopened or dismissed in place on the dashboard, and updates appear live for everyone looking at it.
What if the Harvest sync fails?
The previous numbers stay. Spectr tells you when the last successful sync was and why the latest attempt failed, rather than showing a blank.
Can I see all projects in one view?
Yes - the workspace Budget page lists every project with health and status, and the action items dashboard spans all of them.
