Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers 5 spec sheets a month with 2 seats and no card required. A spec sheet is one extraction run, which can be produced from several meetings at once. Starter additionally has a 30-day free trial.
How does overage work?
On paid plans, overage is billed at $1 for each additional spec sheet or requirement revision beyond your plan's monthly limit, plus $9 per million AI tokens. Seats are hard-capped instead of billed as overage, so a seat limit is never a surprise charge.
Are scope-creep and budget tracking limited to paid plans?
No. Both are available on every tier including Free. They are gated by workspace role - money figures are admin-only - rather than by plan.
What is gated by plan, then?
Monthly spec sheet and token volume, seats, storage and reference files, plus AI project memory and the AI Assistant, which both start on Starter. The plan comparison above lists the limits per tier.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from workspace settings. Limits apply from the change onwards.
Do unused meetings roll over?
No. Limits reset each billing month.
